Structural Steel Erection

Objective: A major general contractor was awarded a contract to build a new 3-story 50,000 square foot office building.

Solution: To complete the steel erection phase of the contract, the general contractor engaged M.W. Mielke Industrial Constructors.

Results: The building was erected on time, on budget, and with no injuries, resulting in a satisfied building owner and GC customer.

Building Damage Renovation

Objective: A major manufacturing facility received damage to part of its building leaving the interior open to weather and contamination.

Solution: M.W. Mielke Industrial Constructors provided a complete renovation and restoration the facility to its pre damaged state, meeting new code regulations and astethic requirements.

Results: The final result was a restoration that matched the existing architecture while providing significant internal structural improvements to the damaged area.

RTO installation

Objective: As part of an RTO installation, M.W. Mielke Industrial Constructors was contracted to rig and install structural supports for HVAC ductwork.

Solution: The general contractor looked to M.W. Mielke Industrial Constructors team to provide turnkey contracting at the industrial facility.

Results: The project was completed resulting in cost efficient installation and management of the project with minimal downtime and faster turn around.
