Equipment Installation and Custom Fabrication

Objective: A Major extraction plant upgrade required the installation of equipment in addition to various supporting custom fabrication. The project also required the production of detailed shop drawings to produce custom fabrication and installation. Solution: The M.W. Mielke, Inc. team produced several custom solutions to install equipment to meet the customer’s specific needs. Equipment was successfully installed and custom fabricated components were erected with minimal down time. Results: Customer was able to maintain production with increased efficiency and safety. |
Custom Platform Construction

Objective: An industrial facility required a custom-designed and fabricated turnkey platform solution with as little disruption to current productions as possible. Solution: The M.W. Mielke, Inc. team designed and preconstructed the custom platform in their fabrication facility and installed the structure on site with minimal disruption to plant operations. Results : Fabrication and furnished platform resulted in helping the customer improve safety and efficiency within their operations. |
Air Handler Component Fabrication

Objective: A specification for the manufacture of a large commercial and industrial air handlers required significant piping done inside of the AHU. Solution: M.W. Mielke, Inc. was contracted by the AHU manufacturer to produce BIM drawings for the manufacturing of spool piece to eventually be installed inside the AHU Results. Two companies collaborating together resulted in a greater ROV for the customer. |
